Ar. K. C. George, the Chief Architect, has more than 25 years’ experience in implementing projects in Kerala and New Delhi. He is one of the first persons from Kerala to receive a Japanese Government Scholarship for extensive study and on the job training in Japan in the area of Architecture, landscape planning and interior design, in 1987-88. While at Japan, he has designed commercial complexes, hostels, resorts, hotels, industrial buildings etc. He has undergone exclusive training in designing projects like amusement parks of the scale of Disneyland, industrial expo building, museums etc.

In 1985, he co-founded an architectural firm – ‘Santhosh & George’ which soon established itself as a premier architectural design firm in Kerala. For over 21, the firm was a leader in designing of mega projects including group housing, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, public educational buildings, industrial buildings etc.

In 2001, the firm became an independent entity and functions as Ar. K. C. George Architects & Associates. The firm is supported a group of exceptionally qualified and experienced specialist consultants in areas ranging from structure design, electrical design and air conditioning, plumbing to interior designing and landscape planning.

Ar. K. C. George is Associate of the Indian Institute of Architecture (AIIA) Bombay and registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

Organization

We are a full service client oriented firm with seven architects, three engineers, six project engineers, fifteen CAD designers with staff strength of 32 personnel. Our office is centrally located at Panampilly Nagar, Kochi.

We have the capacity to expand our facilities as and when the requirement arises and have accesses to immense expertise through our panel of associates and outsourced resources.
