Mananda Test House (MTH) was established by Dr. S. P. Kothiyal in 1996 after retiring voluntarily from National Project Construction Corporation (A Govt. of India Enterprise) as a Research Officer in civil quality control.

Dr. Kothiyal now one of the well known name in civil quality control testing & geotechnical investigations since-1978, is assisted by most experienced & versatile civil engineer Mr. Sandeep Kumar. Presently MTH is situated in the center of tri city (i.e. Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali) at Zirakpur (Pb.) MTH was first lab to got ISO: 9001-2000 certified in 2004 & first lab in Punjab adjacent to Chandigarh & Haryana, accredited by NABL certification in civil quality testing/soil testing under department of science & technology, India.

MTH has latest equipment duly calibrated by NABL accredited calibration laboratory for the testing of its complete scope i.e. chemical & mechanical testing of construction/road materials, mix design (concrete, shotcrete, bituminous etc.) General chemicals & geotechnical investigations etc.
