Air pollution control system

Pollution Control Equipment (Scrubbers, Absorbers, Towers, Separators, Droplet Separators, Chimney, Blowers or Fans, Stacks, Ductings, etc.) are seamless molded structure of Glass Fibre Reinforced with various grades of resins. (Polyesters, Vinyl esters, Epoxies, Furanes, Phenolics). The pollution control equipments can also be supplied with Thermoplastic liners (PP, PP-H, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP and PFA). The pollution control equipments can be manufactured by contact molding and filament winding in compliance with international desin standard BS 4994, ASME RTP I, ASME section X, ASTM D, AS 2634 section 5 and NBS PS 15-69.


These are designed to meet global pollution control norms. They are also manufactured in materials conducive to the service conditions, within the wide range of thermoset and termoplastic lining materials.


Pollution Control Equipment

* supplied with fire-retatdant and ultra violet resistant additives as per specific  requirement. 

* outside layer provided with pigment color as per the requirements. 

* suitable for using highly corrosive chemicals at maximum temprature up to 3500C.

* designed for pressure and vacuum conditions. 

* Thermoplastic welded joint with conductive layer. 

* supplied along with internals like misteliminators, liquid distributors, hold down grids, 

* packing support grods, paking rings etc.
